To our guests — we are learning more about your preferences through your feedback. This adaptive intelligence helps us become more adept at meeting your expectations and providing optimal service.
To our partners who refer guests to us, we are deepening the partnership experience with more feedback forums and incentivizing loyalty across the RockVerse.
To our Rockstars — we are elevating the employee experience by defining what it means to be a culturally fluent Rockstar and introducing thoughtful initiatives like the RockVerse Impact Drive, our CSR program through which Rockstars and their families qualify for extracurricular perks, including scholarship grants.
2. Sustainability
With a slant towards financial sustainability in the next few years. The steep rent increases and explosive energy prices, to mention a few, have heightened the cost of doing hospitality business in Lagos, Nigeria. Financial sustainability for us means maintaining optimal service at the best price possible.
3. Digitization
Offering you options to self-serve through our upcoming Bedrock App 2.0 and updated website. We are also including smart ways to serve you on social media and offline, constantly pushing the proverbial envelope to your delight.
