At Bedrock, our ESG commitments are more than operational targets. They represent a fundamental promise to invest in our people and our communities.
Rooted in the belief of our CEO/MD Onyinye Okonji, that social impact should be woven into everyday business, this quarter’s Rockverse Impact Drive turned its focus inward. While previous initiatives supported external communities, this drive focused directly on empowering the team members who build Bedrock and it’s verticals, including Bedrock Residences, Choco’s Bistro & Bedrock Travels & Tours & every day.
To turn this ESG objective into tangible action, we introduced an internal scholarship open to all employees, inviting team members to share creative essays detailing how this opportunity would advance their personal and professional growth.
Following an independent voting process, Rebecca Pamilerin Ajayi, a Resident Officer, emerged as our very first Rockstar Scholar.
We recently hosted a presentation ceremony to celebrate Rebecca’s achievement. As this quarter’s drive comes to a close, we remain focused on creating meaningful pathways for our workforce and driving long-term positive impact in our community.
