This is our Anniversary edition. On June 12, 2026, Bedrock Residencies turned four, and here’s what you need to know.
Welcoming guests from every corner of the world has given us so many reasons to be grateful.
We started small. In the beginning, Bedrock Residencies was a single location with just 3 terrace houses. Today, we’ve grown to nearly 60 apartments across six locations, spanning both Lagos Island and the Mainland. Each one carries a vibe of its own. And our homes now range from 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, so there’s something for everyone.
Our services have grown too. We listened to your feedback, and we wanted to create experiences that feel more inclusive and personal. So today we offer a mix of free and paid services. These include breakfast snacks, laundry, massage, airport transfers, and bureau de change, among others.
Looking ahead, we’ll serve you through three clear pillars:
- Guest experience — First, we want every stay to feel authentic. So we’re sharpening our cultural fluency, and we adapt to your preferences wherever we can.
- Digitization — Next, we’re working smarter. Through adaptive learning, we bring the right technology and information together, so we can serve you faster, closer, and better.
- Sustainability — Finally, we look beyond comfort and safety. We’ve aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and adopted SDG 4, SDG 8 and SDG 17. In short, we’re building a resilient community that lasts.
Our mission goes beyond convenient apartments across Lagos. Above all, we want to become the most viable homegrown hospitality group out of Africa. More on this soon.
